1. Since we have switched to a new video transcoding provider, the related video transcoding code has also been updated. Starting from version v1.23.5, uploaded videos will undergo encrypted encoding to ensure security and reduce the risk of piracy.
因為更換了新的影片轉檔廠商，影片轉檔相關程式碼也同步更新，從 v1.23.5 以後的版本，影片上傳後會經過加密編碼，確保影片的安全，降低影片被盜的風險
2. However! Because this provider does not support embedded watermarks within videos, the embedded video watermark feature will be temporarily disabled.
但！由於此廠商不支援影片內嵌入浮水印，因此目前影片嵌入式浮水印，將暫時關閉
3. Spam comment detection has been optimized. The system will now automatically detect and handle spam comments to reduce the growing number of spam and advertising messages.
垃圾留言檢測優化，系統現在開始將會自動偵測垃圾留言，並進行處理，用來降低與減少越來越多的垃圾留言與廣告留言
