說明此次駭客事件問題發生的原因與漏洞的修復狀況

我們對這次造成的影響，非常非常的抱歉

1. Since we have switched to a new video transcoding provider, the related video transcoding code has also been updated. Starting from version v1.23.5, uploaded videos will undergo encrypted encoding to ensure security and reduce the risk of piracy.

因為更換了新的影片轉檔廠商，影片轉檔相關程式碼也同步更新，從 v1.23.5 以後的版本，影片上傳後會經過加密編碼，確保影片的安全，降低影片被盜的風險

2. However! Because this provider does not support embedded watermarks within videos, the embedded video watermark feature will be temporarily disabled.

但！由於此廠商不支援影片內嵌入浮水印，因此目前影片嵌入式浮水印，將暫時關閉

3. Spam comment detection has been optimized. The system will now automatically detect and handle spam comments to reduce the growing number of spam and advertising messages.

垃圾留言檢測優化，系統現在開始將會自動偵測垃圾留言，並進行處理，用來降低與減少越來越多的垃圾留言與廣告留言

1. 現在開始除了可以封鎖消費者帳號，還可以封鎖消費者的手機號碼

From now on, in addition to blocking a consumer's account, you can also block their phone number.

2. 由於隱私您無法知道消費者的手機號碼，但您可以到消費者的個人頁面，點選「封鎖手機號碼」來將該用戶的手機號碼加入黑名單

Due to privacy, you won't be able to see their phone number, but you can go to the consumer's profile page and click "Block Phone Number" to add their number to a blacklist.

3. 封鎖後就算消費者註冊其他帳號想要購買您的商品，只要用來驗證的手機沒變，消費者一樣無法購買您的商品，封鎖得更徹底！！！

After blocking, even if the consumer registers another account to purchase your products, as long as the phone number used for verification remains the same, they will still be unable to buy your products. This makes the block more complete!

1. 禁止購買功能，創作者可以在消費者頁面的右上角「 ... 」按鈕看到禁止購買的選項，點選後該名消費者未來將無法購買您的商品

2. 優化了貼文區塊的程式運行效率，讓整體下拉滑動更順暢

3. 創作者可以在設定頁面，決定是否要開啟手機簡訊驗證設定(Beta Test)，開啟後只有通過手機簡訊驗證的消費者，才能購買商品，請留意開啟後可能會對您的收益產生影響，造成收益下降，請警慎評估

Creators can decide whether to enable SMS verification (Beta Test) in the settings page. After enabling, only consumers who have passed the SMS verification will be able to purchase products. Please be aware that enabling this feature may impact your revenue and cause a decrease in earnings. Please evaluate this option carefully.

4. 新增 USDT 付費功能，可以用 USDT 加密貨幣穩定幣購買單篇解鎖，或是購買頻道訂閱內容

為了更方便創作者提領款項，即日起一般金流、中國金流、推薦獎金三種收入將合併計算，所有收入的撥款時間都是D+12天。已提領之款項，將會依照原本的撥款規則處理撥款，無法修改

修正開啟直播前的預覽畫面黑頻，看不到自己的預覽的錯誤

Fix the issue where the preview screen appears black before starting a live stream, preventing creators from seeing their preview.

創作者開啟直播後，可以在自己的頻道最上方看到 “我正在直播” 的按鈕，點選後可以進入直播間

After starting a live stream, creators should see a "I'm Live" button at the top of their channel, which they can click to enter the live room.

這個版本我們大幅改進了直播功能

增加了直播相關功能

2. 哪些帳號在觀看直播
